We have been using RecoveryMaxx for the past year and a half. By utilizing this program, it has enabled our company to generate court documents and track legal collections much more efficiently.
In the past, garnishments were manually calculated and individually drafted to be signed by our attorney and filed with the court. By using Recovery Max, it accurately tracks post Judgment payments and inputs the data directly into the garnishment. By a few simple keystrokes, we are able to print garnishment in batches. What used to take 4-6 hours, can now literally take 10 minutes.
We have programmed each court document to run in batches. Now we are able to print groups of Summons/Complaints, Judgments and Garnishments in batches and generate multiple documents in mere minutes!
Being in the state of Michigan, we have the benefit of filing garnishments on state tax refunds. Our office generates over 2,500 state tax garnishments. Recovery Max has enabled us to generate these documents literally in 1 day, what used to take 4 people and 6 weeks to do the same job!
